Maintenance has always been a critical part of ensuring that a HD IP CCTV system operates correctly and gives the optimum picture quality at all times. It is easy to forget that a CCTV is a 24 hour seven day a week 356 day of the year operating system. Not many other products are asked to perform such a task so it is no surprise that it needs looking after to get the best results.

DVS is committed to providing its customers with quality support. This means understanding your problems and having the experience and expertise to provide proven, cost effective solutions. We recognise the need to support you so you gain the maximum benefit from your CCTV security and management investment.

As a user of our CCTV / Access control system we will contact you periodically or on pre-arranged Servicing Schedules, as part of our client liaison program to keep us aware of the status of your system and to keep you aware of any advances, such as free software upgrades, new technology developments and remote monitoring abilities.

If you already have a system but require Maintenance or Technical assistance  we can offer Service Support Packages , Lease and System Upgrades. Please don’t hesitate to ask we will visit to inspect your system and offer recommendations free of charge.
