Automatic Number Plate Recognition
 Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is an analysis software. This recognizes and analyses
number plates, writes the information to an SQL database and simultaneously compares the details with database entries (wanted vehicles)
The report is then delivered via contact (Open barrier) Or via TCP/IP for manual authorisation.
 
Despite its many configuration and set-up options ANPR is very easy to use, it has a variety of ways of linking in with a database, for example with what
is known as a 'Black and White list' allowing the barrier to raise for vehicles on the 'White' list but not for unknown vehicles, or vehicles on the 'Black' List.
